Toukon Martial Arts

Whats happening during the Summer?...

At the time of writing gradings are coming up this weekend but we have our next grading dates which will be September the 17th and 18th. Invites will be sent out shortly and for this time only we are trying an early bird discount offer so that you can get booked on and start training towards the big day over the summer.

Next Summer camp is on August the 15th (7yrs+) and August 10th (4-6yrs). These are an amazing opportunity to not only improve your child’s martial arts but also have lots of fun and bond with their fellow Toukon kids. We are also trialling singe day mini camps for our little samurais’ members. Please see emails for more details (check spam).

On Monday the 8th of August we will be running one of our popular family box fit sessions where you can come along and train as a family. ( Adults only BoxFit will be on as normal at 9:30am). Other dates to be announced.

For our Karate competitors your next competition is on Sunday the 21st of August in Peterlee. More information will be sent out very soon.

Summer break. Our last session will be Friday the 26th of August and first session back will be Saturday the 3rd of September.

As we enjoyed seeing your pics so much last year, we are again going to be holding a summer holiday photo competition. How it works is simple. Whenever you are out and about, either on holiday in Spain or out for the day closer to home send us a photo of you training or holding an awesome technique pose and we will judge the best picture to win a pro shop voucher.

Please look out for confirmation dates and other announcements for what is happening over the summer.

The summer break can be a challenging time in staying consistent with a change in routine. Let’s use the extra time to increase our efforts and make some real improvements.

Thanks

The Toukon Team
