The day kicked off with an educational workshop where our coaches covered:
Rules of engagement Pre-fight preparation Ring etiquette & mindsetThis set the tone for a brilliant afternoon as we welcomed spectators in to watch a series of evenly matched non-decision bouts.
Contact was light, with the focus on learning, growing, and building confidence in a realistic setting 
You should all be proud of yourselves. These events are about more than throwing punches — they’re about showing up, listening, and testing your skills under new conditions.
