Examples but not restricted to:

Kick

Single Kick – Spinning Hook Kick

4 Kick combinations

Sparring (light contact)

Setting up 4 technique combinations. You will be given 1 of the techniques on the day (they must flow and be effective)

Show that you can spar:

Controlled

In an exchange

Distrust partners combinations

Initiate and react to your partners disruptions positively

Use footwork before/during exchanges in a live scenario
